## Consulting

The current business is technology consulting: architecture, engineering, and trusted delivery that keeps emerging technology usable, with people still in charge of it. The lead public offer is Frontend and UI Architecture, then Agentic UI as its own named offer, then Software Architecture Consulting. Paid entry is a UI and Architecture Assessment—combined UI and software architecture, with AI only when that problem requires it. Work starts with a free consultation. Scope and commercial terms are negotiated afterward. This site does not publish rates or dollar amounts. Client work is the source of reputation, operating knowledge, and any later evidence for expansion.

## Who we work with

The initial focus is funded B2B software and AI-enabled startups and scaleups, roughly Seed through Series B, typically 10 to 100 employees. The first two target areas are horizontal B2B SaaS, AI/agent tooling and developer infrastructure, and creative technology, digital media, and interactive platforms. Buyers are usually technology leaders accountable for outcomes—CTOs, engineering and product executives, AI and innovation leaders, and peers in similar roles—not a single job title. Relationship-building centers on Oregon and the Pacific Northwest, with remote-first delivery across the United States and English-speaking Canada.

## Professional guild

A professional community for technologists may follow consulting credibility. It is not open for membership on the basis of this page. Education, standards, certification, and member benefits are later-stage ideas, not current offers.

## Agentic operating platform

Internal tools may eventually support consulting and guild workflows with visible plans, evidence, and human approval. There is no public platform product, SKU, or access program yet.

## Not established

This site does not publish rates or dollar amounts. Consulting work starts with a consultation; commercial terms are negotiated. Membership terms, staffing and bidding rules, and platform access are not offered here. Treat any other document that lists unpublished figures as internal WIP unless it is marked approved for publication.
